What to Expect from Your Free Walking Tour Through Cusco
During two hours, you will hear about the history of the city and Inca culture while exploring the grand plazas, little alleys, ancient Inca sites and hidden gems of Cusco.
Get drawn in by myths and legends that form part of Inca culture and tradition. Listen to the anecdotes of our local experiences. Learn about the Inca and colonial architecture. Furthermore, we will explain about the Inca religion and Andean mysticism, traditional Andean medicine and more. This will help you understand the worldview of our ancestors and that of the Spanish conquistadors.
Stroll past sights such as Cusco Cathedral, Temple of the Sun, San Pedro Market and the Inca ruins. Furthermore, see Museo Inka and Iglesia de Santo Domingo and spend an enjoyable morning or afternoon on foot.
We will also provide you with some valuable insider tips – for instance, what Peruvian delicacies to try and where and where to taste the best pisco sour. Our guides are the experts on Cusco after all! This will help you make the most of your time in Cusco and surrounding areas.
How it Works
Our guides run the tour in English and Spanish depending on demand. Qosqo Pacha Tours also offer tours in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese upon request at 4 PM.
If you enjoyed the afternoon or morning of Cusco sightseeing with us, we kindly request you to leave us a tip based on what you thought the experience was worth. Consequently, your tips will help us improve our services and support our local economy and families.
Tour size varies based on demand from 10 to 15 people. Consider reserving in advance to reserve your spot, or if you would instead like to have a guide all to yourself, we also offer private tours.
For our private tours, the price will be agreed upon in advance. This will be based on the number of people and any specific requests to cover a particular aspect of Cusco’s history.

Where We Will Meet
Our meeting point is on the square of Plaza de Armas in Cusco in front of Starbucks, next to the Church of the Society of Jesus (Iglesia De La Compañia De Jesús). Spot our guides by their grey shirts with our company logo “Qosqo Pacha Free Walking Tour”. In addition, they will hold a Cusco flag (the flag of the seven colours).
Please arrive at our meeting point 5-10 minutes before the start time to register with your guide.
